One day while having lunch with my friend Amanda she showed me an idea for an art book on flowers. While it was pretty it didn't "pop" for me. We played around with the concept and both agreed that it needed a better layout. We ended up going to my home and I set up an idea on the computer.

"I love it," was Amanda's response, then "do it". "Amanda, I'm not an artist and to obtain enough artwork to complete this you need someone with a huge portfolio." "I'll find them, you do the layout. Remember when you predicted I would do a book? Well...you are going to help it come true!" And so it is and like most things in life we had wonderful people enter into the project. For all of us the lifesaver is my husband Dick. If he doesn't know how to do something he will work on it and by the next day (the most), he's not only figured it out but completed something that could have taken weeks for most of us.
