Several years ago my husband and I were visiting our cousin Tommy in Melbourne, Florida. Tommy is a retired Navy Seal and Fireman with many commendations. He had a frozen right shoulder for years and could not lift his arm up.
I offered to try something and see if it would make any difference. He agreed.

The recipe:
2 ounces of Ningxia Red ingested undiluted.
On the area between upper arm and shoulder - rotator cuff area, I applied 5 drops Idaho Balsam Fir
6 drops Panaway
6 drops Peppermint

We continued chatting and after 15 minutes I asked him to test his ability to move the arm. He lifted it easily above his head, did that several times in disbelief. A year later we met again and he still had no recurrent problem.

I just returned from Brown University where the International Women's Writing Guild held it's week long conference. One of the women, another psychic, Elyssa Heyman was experiencing (for quite some time) sciatic pain.
I gave her Valor (a wonderful blend that we have nicknamed "chiropractor in a bottle".
Less than 2 minutes passed when Elyssa had a strange look on her face.

So I thought , I have had this strange pain for a couple of months, where my thigh meets my buttocks, I think I'll try it. Bingo!!! I was out of pain for 5 hrs. I have continued to use it for a while and the pain is finally gone for good. I really thought I was going to have to go to the Chiropractor. Praise the Lord the oils came to the rescue.

Since I knew the Rutavala worked for pain I had another friend that had shoulder surgery and she was complaining that the pain meds didn't really help enough and that she was up 10 times a night. So I went over to see her and suggested to put the Rutavala all around the area that was affected to see if it would give some relief. She agreed. After putting it on I said Please call me if you think it is helping. I got in my car to drive home ( 15 min.) When I got home she had already left a message saying she was completely out of pain so she was going to take a nap. She told me her pain was gone for 4 hrs. I was stunned !!!

This oil has put me on an adventure and its all been wonderful!!!
